EVENT MANAGEMENT - Individual on-site assistance with planning and logistics can be booked with our Event Manager.
EVENT HOURS - The WCRB event center rentals include nine (9) continuous hours. Typically, two (2) hours for Setup from 2pm to 4pm, six (6) hours for the event from 4pm to 10pm. Cleanup takes place no later than from 10pm to 11pm; this policy is in consideration of our neighbors. Advance arrangements may be made for an earlier start within a nine-hour window, or for the purchase of additional time.
